NEW is a grassroots informal organization for entrepreneurially-minded women – for those just beginning the journey, those bumping along the road, and those who have crossed the finish line and want to keep on going.
There is no cost to join NEW and all our events are free to attend. We work strictly from donations from attendees, but there is never any obligation or pressure to donate. Events are usually held the second Wednesday evening of every month from 6:00pm-8:00pm in a different location.
Our goal is to keep our monthly events casual and inviting for ALL entrepreneurs who wants to meet and network with like minded people. NEW is a great place to meet mentors and ask any questions you might have about starting, running, or growing a business. Sandra Perry is an experienced innovator, with over ten years of experience in management and overseas manufacturing. What distinguishes her from other entrepreneurs is her depth of experience taking startup brands to the next level. Sandra treats each business like a machine that needs to be designed better and more efficiently, while providing synergy to all involved. After graduating from Savannah College of Art and Design with a BA in Fashion and Art Direction, she moved to New York City and found her niche in international production and development management for boutique brands like Mara Hoffman, Chado Ralph Rucci, and others. Sandra is now the Proprietor of Honest Home, a sustainable and socially conscious building supply and home retail store located in Downtown Louisville’s Nulu area. She is determined to bring innovation, smart products and processes to mid America.
