NEW is a grassroots informal organization for entrepreneurially-minded women – for those just beginning the journey, those bumping along the road, and those who have crossed the finish line and want to keep on going.
There is no cost to join NEW and all our events are free to attend. We work strictly from donations from attendees, but there is never any obligation or pressure to donate. Events are usually held the second Wednesday evening of every month from 6:00pm-8:00pm in a different location.
Our goal is to keep our monthly events casual and inviting for ALL entrepreneurs who wants to meet and network with like minded people. NEW is a great place to meet mentors and ask any questions you might have about starting, running, or growing a business. If you aren’t currently on our email list please click here to join so you can start receiving monthly invitations.
NEW February Event
Please join The Network of Entrepreneurial Women (NEW) for an evening of refreshments, networking and
learning on February 10th.
Melissa Fraser, Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Strothman & Company will present:
This wife and mother of four children suffers from Entrepreneur’s Disease, a debilitating condition that if not managed properly results in the constant desire to begin new projects, take unnecessary risks, and add more things to her to do list than one person can handle. In an effort to manage this condition, and help others who are similarly afflicted, Melissa developed the FOCUS Framework – a systematic approach to planning, prioritizing and achieving massive results on life and business goals.
Melissa will be joining us on February 10th, to briefly share about the FOCUS Framework, and how she used this process to write her book, launch the Dream Funders TV Show, run a CPA firm, and stay married all at the same time. She will introduce members of the cast and crew of Dream Funders, and you will have an opportunity to ask questions of those involved in the show.
This event coincides with the premier of the Dream Funders show on WBNA TV21 at 8:00 pm. Please join us and be part of the launch of this show that has been described as “Shark Tank meets Life Coach”.
